Could somone please clarify this result?

Heat 5 of the 120m at Avondale Heights.
1 Josh Tiu 9.25m 13.632s
2 Thomas Moloney 6.50m 13.637s
3 Matthew Eddy 8.50m 13.776s

4 Tim Rooke 14.00m 14.023s
5 Jack Doderico 8.50m 13.327s

I assume Tim Rooke (Don Furness Sprint winner) did not run off 14.0m? Or was it another Tim Rooke?

It was a error which was corrected and he ran off his normal mark.

I see Adams copped an NAP at Keilor where he ran off 8.75. But he runs from 9.00 at Avondale Heights and wins? What's the point of the NAP, shouldn't it have immediate effect? Wouldn't that negate any lift?
Does the NAP rule out the bonus? If it does not the NAP means nothing.

You have mis-interpreted the rules.
The NAP at Keilor negates his tick from the Keilor run only.
The 9.00m had been earnt before Keilor was run.
The Avondale handicaps had been done before keilor is run.
A UP would remove any banked up ticks.
