Some quality amongst the group for this weekend at Rye. The bonus brings them out but Rye was always a target before then. Bill Cosby will obviously come back before he runs. Interested in his mark though, started on 9.25 and did not run, now out to 9.5?

If Aiden 'Scoops' Green moves his go go gadget arms and legs like 90% of his 70m win on Sunday, then he'll be looking at 7.50m at Easter.

I was hoping someone would mention Green. One to watch for sure.

Green has 3 ticks and owed 0.25m lift which will take him to 7m at St Albans.
Mair likes targetting old time classics. So Green will either win Wangaratta off 7m for 0.50m Stawell lift or accumulate ticks at Rye, St Albans, Wang and win Ballarat or Keilor off 7.25m for 0.50m lift. Emulating his coaches Ballarat or Keilor win.
In any of above scenarios he will have 7.75m at Stawell.
Go Mr Gadget arms Go

ps. could try for Bendigo off 7.50m and have 8m for Stawell.....just be careful of ceiling time as Bendigo is quick....isn't that right Mr Riali

Green may be a little green still, 7.25 at Stawell last year went down in the 12.4's, I don't see him getting more then 7.5 or 7.75 this year, tough ask. I don't see him winning this weekend. Craig will have him ticking all season again.

Loughnan could have a go but why this and not take a meter ? not sure
few dangers but winner is on 10 I believe.

Some strong whispers abating are that Green is a moral and Max Punchi is primed
Never had a bet with the bookie at Rye, can any punters advise if there is a set limit?
The pension cheque will get a run this week, then of to the Rye RSL to lash out
Cheers in advance

There's a name to watch el chapo, Lugo the 'patient assassin', don't let those little legs fool you, he can get moving. Hope the handicapper is keeping a close eye on him.

Tim Rosen
120m
hasting's- 14m
warrnambool- 14.5m (only 2 ticks gets half lift)
rye- 14.75m (has almost gained a meter by christmas!?)

70m
meadowglen- 8.25m NAP-T
warrnambool- 8.25m (double tick)
Waverly 8.5m (only has 2 ticks gets a lift)

Gift lift due to an apeal ? he has mid 7.6s 70m runs in his sample off 8.25m, generosity 😀 rumour is he is in 11.3 shape, wins rye and takes his 4.5m pull for Stawell.

god bless America 🇺🇸

Oh Bill. Full of lies again! Just like with Monica.

I’ll bite...and answer your bs. Point by point

My start mark for the season was 14.5. I ran off 14m at Hastings because it has a 14m limit. You’d know this by simply checking the VAL website. But I’m guessing that’s beyond your IQ.

I have run Hastings, Warrnambool (x2), Terang, Waverley, Maryborough, Daylesford. And been given AP’s for each run. 7 runs. 0.25 lift in total. So if you wanna get technical I should have a 2nd lift already. But maybe it’s a week behind. So be it. It’s hard when so many races are back to back so it’ll come when it comes.

In the 70m I have run Meadowglen, Warnambool (x2), Terang, Waverley, Daylesford. 6 runs in total. And have received 0.25 lift in total. Where’s the problem there?

Also I have never run 7.6 off 8.25. So you’ve invented that.

As for 11.3 shape I wish. If that was the case I would be winning any gift I run in? I haven’t even made a final this season. Not only that I would be heading to the track to run a PB if I was capable of running 11.3 right now as that’s still the number one priority for me this season.

Thank you for wasting 5 minutes of my life Smile Have some balls and post under your real name next time. Even though I know who you are. Don’t bother saying hello to me at the track next time Cos I’ll walk straight past you. #TwoFacedMoron

I reckon the salt is probably the person posting stuff anonymously that wasn’t even accurate Smile Out of the blue too. I haven’t been anywhere near it this season.

I mean to target someone and get one point wrong is bad...to get them all wrong is a special talent!

Cant agree Bill, Tim is one of the more honest runners on the circuit, troubled by injury in the past, good to see him getting back to a bit of form. However this race looks tough for him, a nice win is coming soon though.

You can afford to be honest on those hcps Bebee.
Recall the 7.55 @ Ararat off 9m for the win a couple of yrs ago.
If the Rosenator gets those hammies pumping evenly on Sat he’ll semi in the Gift.

Tim to semi for sure, final a maybe. Irrelevant given we will all be watching the Green v Burleigh show

If Green does compete this week, then he'll need to show more 'urgency' in his running; as per Steward recommendations from Daylesford. Shocked

The mark must have been changed after the poll went up. The handicaps come straight from the VAL website.

It is good to see him enter regardless.
