JH has tried to post results but had a few problems getting them on to the forum.

I believe Matthew Eddy (16m) won the 200m Gift, Alice Platten won the 550m and Lee Forrest (5.0m) a new athlete trained by Marcus Arnold won the 70m.

Placegetters shold be posted later tonight.

Thanks JH.

Has anyone filmed the VRTA events?

Congrats to Matthew Eddy on a great start to the season at the VRTA meet on Sunday. (1st in the 200m Gift & 2nd in the 70m Open) He's been on the scene for a few years now and up until Sunday, had not won beyond 100m. His only three wins (according to the VAL's search results) have been the 2005 Rye Novice 70m, the 2008 Sandringham 100m Open and the 2010 Ringwood 70m Open.

The VRTA 200m Gift is no doubt his biggest win to date and suggests he's had a huge winter prep. A break-through major 120m Gift win is not far away.
