Firstly, well done and thanks to ProTrack and to Paul Young for making the results available within a few hours of completion of the day's competition.

Secondly, thanks to Luke H and the Sacred Heart College mob for hosting the day on short notice after the cancellation of Mt Gambier carnival for 2012.

The beautiful Sacred Heart Oval was the scene of domination by David Palmer, taking the sash for the SA Athletic League over35s 120m with a strong run from the back mark.

A metre or two behind Palmer were Mark Donovan, Alex Jefferies and Brett Stokes.

Other finalists were Shane Grimwade, Sue Turner, Ross Hill-Brown and Amin Chehade.

Just 25 days to the big one the 120m for over35s at the Bay Sheff on December 27th -
back markers David Palmer and Tim Johnson are looking the best of the South Aussies, with oldies Mark Donovan, Alex Jefferies and Brett Stokes close behind.
